Thimon joins the « Club des entreprises » of Savoie
With 25 partner companies in Savoie, we are proud to be part of the "Les entreprises s'engagent" club in Savoie, by signing a charter in favour of access to employment for all.
The "Les entreprises s'engagent" community was initiated by the President of the Republic in 2018. The objective is to implement the means that will allow everyone to find their place in society, regardless of their difficulties, their orientation, the territory in which they live or their origins.
The business club "Les entreprises s'engagent" of Savoie wishes to be part of this approach. By signing this charter, we show our willingness to work with all our public and private partners for an inclusive society and a sustainable world.
This charter puts forward in particular:
- The strengthening of the link between companies and integration structures
- The development of work/study training programs
- The professional integration of priority groups, including:
- beneficiaries of international protection
- young people
- residents of the QPVs
- people with disabilities
- people under judicial supervision or released from prison.
By September 2023, we will take part in around ten workshops on key topics: disability, gender equality, international protection,…

It is also often observed that the most beautiful battles, as well as the real sufferings, are neither led nor experienced by those who talk about it the most, but by much more discreet profiles, with a fierce will to take up challenges.
Through the « Les entreprises s'engagent » community, like all the communities in which we work, we seek to coordinate high-impact collective actions that address, as widely as possible, these volunteer profiles who will make the world of tomorrow."
